If the Chrome extension is signed out, open the popup, choose Connect VocaScene, sign in on vocascene.ai, and paste the connection code if automatic handoff does not complete.

Subtitle translation
For videos with native captions, start realtime subtitle translation from the extension popup. If captions are not exposed by the page, use the no-subtitle listening control.
No-subtitle listening
Audio transcription starts only after you click the listening control. If transcription stalls, stop it, resume the video, then start listening again.

For account issues, credit questions, or deletion requests, contact support with the email address used for VocaScene sign-in.
